Stamping with Washi Tape? You've got to be joking!

Crafty Collaborators New Year Blog Hop - Berry Blessings with Stampin' Up!

Happy New Year to you all and thank you for dropping by.  Today I'm taking part in the Crafty Collaborations New Year Blog Hop and we're playing with new products from Saleabration which launches on 5th January.

I've created four of these cards from the Berry Delightful designer series paper stack and using the Berry Blessing stamp set.  Both of these are free in the Saleabration catalogue when you spend £90 in January and February

I've got four card bases measuring 11¾" x 4⅛" scored on the long side at 5⅞".

I've chosen four pieces of Berry Delightful paper and coordinating cardstock.  Each piece of card measures 5¾" x 2½" and each piece of paper measures 5⅝" x 2⅜"

Using the Detailed Trio Punch, I rounded the opposite corners of both the cardstock and the paper.

On each cardbase, I stamped the strawberry leaf from the Berry Blessings stamp set in Granny Apple Green ink.  I've stamped once and twice on each cardbase to give two different colours.

I layered the papers onto the cardstock and stuck these onto each card

To make the sentiment, I cut two halves of the story label punch in the coordinating cardstock

Stamp the sentiment onto white card and punch out the whole shape

Stick the two halves of the card onto the back of the stamped card

This is what you end up with

I've stuck this onto the front of my card

And all done!  The inside of your card can have any sentiment that suits the occasion.

I made four: Pacific Point (blue), Shaded Spruce (green), Poppy Parade (red) and Blackberry Bliss (purple)

Thank you for dropping by and I'll be back again soon with another project.

See you soon
