Stamp Around UK - Winter Birthday Theme

Happy New Year to you!  Today I'm taking part in the Stamp Around UK video hop and I've made a card with the theme 'Winter Birthday'

The card base measures 10" x 7" and is scored on the long side at 5".  

The next layer is in Balmy Blue and measures 6⅞" x 4⅞"

Designer Series Paper layer measures 6⅝" x 4⅝"
