Today I'm taking part in a Blog Hop and the theme for this blog hop is "Masculine" and today I'm using Plaid Tidings DSP. This paper reminds me of the check shirts that my husband wears all the time and I couldn't resist making a shirt style card for this project.
I first saw this card idea on Pinterest but I'm unable to credit the person that made the photograph was accompanied by a narrative in different language and alphabet. This is what I made:
I've made a YouTube video and it shows you how I put this together along with all of the measurements however I will list the measurements of all the pieces of card and DSP below.
Product List Here are all the measurements:
Cardstock
11¾" x 4¼" - scored on the long side at 5⅞"
5¾" x 1"
2½" x 2"
1⅞" x ⅝"
3" x 1½"
Designer Series Paper
5¾" x 4"
5⅝" x ⅞"
2⅜" x 1⅞"
2⅞" x 1⅜"
You'll need some circles for buttons in card of your choice or use real buttons to make the card extra special.
The hanky poked in the pocket is a scrap piece of white card measuring approximately 1¾" x 1¼"
Please click on the link to see all of the other crafters who are taking parts in this blog hop. I'm always blown away by everybody's talent and ideas and creativity and I'm sure you will be too.
I'm leaving links to all of the products that I've used in this project and these links go directly to my shop. I'd be so grateful if you shop with me and all of my customers receive a small free gift with every order.
Thanks for stopping by and I hope to see you soon.
