Stamping with Washi Tape? You've got to be joking!

CASEing Vickie Lou Designs with Beautifully Penned Designer Series Paper

We're CASEing each other again today and I'm CASEing Victoria of Vickie Lou Designs.  I'm using the Beautifully Penned DSP as Vickie did but I've chosen a different design.

My cardbase is from Basic White Thick cardstock and measures 10" x 7" and is scored on the long side at 5"

I've got a layer of Basic Black cardstock and this measures 6⅞" x 4⅞" and I've stuck this onto the white cardbase.

I've cut a piece of Beautifully Penned DSP to 6¾" x 4¾" then divided this into 3 sections measuring 2⅛" wide.  Keep the pieces in the same order so you have a complete image if you were to stick them together.

I've coloured the middle panel with Light Magenta Madness and Light Old Olive stampin' blends.

Using the label from the Potted Succulent dies, I've die cut a white one and a magenta madness one.  I've cut the magenta madness one in half  and stuck each half behind the white label.

The sentiment comes from the Timeless Tulips stamp and I've stamped this in Magenta Madness ink.  Finally I've stuck this sentiment onto the card using mini stampin' dimensionals.
