Stamping with Washi Tape? You've got to be joking!

A Really Simple Gift Box Tutorial Using See a Silhouette DSP

I remember when I first started papercrafting, I just need tutorials for simple gift boxes.  So I've decided to make a tutorial especially for the beginner crafter.  If you've never made a gift box before, this project is for you.  I've made a YouTube tutorial to go with this project and all the dimension and product details follow:

Here's the box

I made this with Night of Navy cardstock and See a Silhouette DSP.  Its simple yet effective.  The height of the box is 2" the width of it is 4" and the depth of the box is 2½".  Its a good size

You need a piece of cardstock measuring 11" x 8"

Score on the short side at 2" and 6"
Score on the long side at 2", 4½", 6½" and 9"

You need 4 pieces of DSP:
2 that measure 2⅜" x 1⅞"
1 that measures 3⅞" x 1⅞"
1 that measures 3⅞" x 2⅜"

You can choose any colour combination you like - just pick your favourite colour and DSP

So this project was day 24 of the #31dayscraftchallenge.  Tomorrow's project is a blog hop with my fellow teammates.  Be sure to call by tomorrow and see what my crafty friends have been making.
