November Special Blog Hop - Fancy Phrases

 

Today I'm taking part in a special blog hop with the Ink.Stamp.Share group and today 'anything goes'.  I've been wanting to use the Fancy Phrases stamp for a long time and I finally got it out to have a play.  And this is what I came up with

My card pieces measure as follows:

Card base in Whisper White:  11¾" x 5⅞"

Garden Green: 5¾" x 4"

Whisper White: 3¾" x 5½"

I stamped the main image in Smoky Slate

I used Stampin' Blends in Light Pumpkin Pie, Light Balmy Blue and Light Granny Apple Green to colour in the image

Finally, I added the Birthday Wishes sentiment which I stamped in Smoky Slate

All that remained for me to do was layer the whole thing together and I stuck all the layers down with liquid glue.
