I'm taking part in a colour challenge that I saw on Facebook and the colour challenge is to use four colours from the Brights collection. The colours suggested were Coastal Cabana, Pacific Point, Granny apple Green and Daffodil Delight. So when I was trying to decide what I was going to do with these colours I remembered that I came across something on YouTube where you take one sheet of card, divide it into four and stamp on it before you cut it up.
Product List
Here are the four cards that I made with the four colours
Start with a piece of A4 card and trim this to 11¼"x 7¾" and score on the short side in the middle at 3⅞" and on the long side at 5⅝"
I've used the Beautiful Friendship photopolymer stamp set and stamped the white card as follows
I've made two birthday cards and two congratulations cards and then cut on the score lines
I couldn't decide which colour card to use as the background so I chose a piece of each of the four colours. Each of these measure 4" inches by 5¾"
I've taken two pieces of A4 card and cut them vertically on the short side at 4⅛" and folded them in half
Finally I layered all of the cards together here's a close-up of one of the cards
The stamp set is probably my favourite stamp set - it's so worn because I've used it so many times but it's great for all sorts of occasions. I've left links to all of the products I've used at the end of this blog
If you spend £45 in the new catalogue you can choose a free gift from the Saleabration catalogue until the end of February. If you want any more details please don't hesitate to get in touch you can send me an email at taffycrafting@gmail.com
