Stamping with Washi Tape? You've got to be joking!

Stampin' Dreams What's New January Blog Hop

Hello my name's Donna and I'm blog hopping with Stampin' Dreams.  I've created a card with True Love DSP.

I started with a cardbase measuring 11¾" x 4⅛" in Basic White.  This is scored in the middle of the long side at 5⅞"

I then have a Basic Black layer measuring 5¾" x 4" and stuck this to the white cardbase.

I took two pieces of the same DSP in the True Love DSP collection measuring 5½" x 3¾" and then turned them with the same design facing each other.  I sliced both pieces diagonally and stuck the two different designs together.  Therefore, you can make two cards out of these two pieces of DSP.

I used the Light Real Red and Light Old Olive Stampin' Blends to colour in one of the flowers.  I also punched out 3 butterflies from the Butterfly Gala stamp set and stuck these onto the join and finished them off with rhinestones

I used the sentiment from Butterfly Gala onto Basic White cardstock using the Rectangular Postage punch

Please visit the rest of the participants in the hop and look at the beautiful projects they've all made.

See you soon
