Hello and I hope you are well - its another sunny day here in Mid Wales, UK and I'm looking out of my window while I'm writing this blog post and all I can see is is lovely blue sky.
Today, I've taken inspiration from an American crafter called Connie Stewart - she crafts with such enthusiasm and I couldn't wait to have a go at the pop up card she demonstrated a year or so ago.
I ended up making several of these in lots of different colours of card and designs of paper.
I made a YouTube video showing you how I put it together
And here are all those measurements you'll need:
Card base: 11" x 5¼" scored on the long side at 1¾", 3½", 5¼" and 7"
The card is cut 1¼" from the top and bottom of this card from the first and third score line
Same colour card for the back: 5½ x 4¼"
Card in the card card base: 7½" x 5"
Square card for the front - 1st layer: 2½" x 2½" and 2nd layer 2⅜" x 2⅜"
Designer Series Paper pieces: 2 at 1⅝" x 5⅛" - 4 at 1⅝" x 1⅛" - 1 at 1⅝" x 2⅝"- 2 at ¾" x 3¾"
