A Fold Flat Box Card for Fun Fold Friday

Its Fun Fold Friday and today I've got something I've never made before. I've seen lots of pictures of similar cards so I had to sit down and work out how I was going to make this so that it would fold flat into an envelope

Here's the measurements of the card and designer series paper

Cardstock: 11" x 6" - score on the long side at 6", 7½", 9" and 10½"

Mark from top at 4½"

DSP (width 5⅞"): slice at 4⅜", 1⅜" and again at 1⅜"

Card: 4" x 4"

DSP 3⅞" x 3⅞"
